Crane Rail Clips

Description of Crane Rails Clips:

Crane rails clips are used to fix the rail track on the floor or support beam. The clips can be fixed with bolts and nuts or welded on the beam directly.

Clips with Bolts and Nuts:

This rail clip with bolts and nuts is used to press and fix the Crane Track Rail on the ground or supporting beam. It is also used to fix an I-beam or concrete beam or floor. Generally, the clips are fastened with hexagon bolts or pre-embedded bolts. Liftsmart provides rail clips with bolts and pads.

Bolts and Nuts Rail Clips can Be:

1. GDGL clips, also called 514 double-hole clips (for press I-beams).

2. DGL clips are also called long hole casting clips (for concrete beam and concrete floor).

3. GDGL-1 clips (for 38kg rail) - GDGL-7 (for 120kg rail).

4. DGL clips 6a-1 (for 24kg rail) - 6a-7, (for 120kg rail).

The material of the GDGL clip is Q235B. Each set of GDGL clips includes 1 double-hole clip, 1 pad, 2 wedge-shaped pads, and 2 sets of bolts. The manufacture of GDGL rail clips is made in accordance with the 05G525 Crane Rail connection and gear.

The DGL clips are made of ductile iron and cast steel, which includes clips, upper pressing tongue, special-shaped pad, composite rubber pad, hexagon bolt. The manufacture of DGL rail clips is made in accordance with the 04G325 crane rail coupling and gear.
