The company is located at Henan Province Crane Industrial Park, covering an area of 75,000m2, with a construction area of 18,000m2. There are more than 200 sets of mechanical processing equipment, riveting equipment, welding equipment, and testing equipment. Liftsmart provides a full range of services such as design, R&D, production, sales, installation and after-sale service. Advanced Processing Equipment
Good product quality needs to be guaranteed by high-level processing equipment. In recent years, Liftsmart has increased its investment in technological transformation, with a cumulative investment of more than 100 million yuan. A lot of processing equipment such as CNC cutting machines, self-adjusting welding rollers, digital hydraulic metal bending machine and mobile vertical lathe, etc. have put into use for designing and manufacturing tooling, moulds and special equipment. 5 crane production lines are employed for steel plate leveling, shot blasting, painting, drying and blanking. As well as Liftsmart has set up testing equipment such as bridge crane, hoist test platform and testing center for product test before delivery.

Quality Inspection Team
While strengthening the basic management, Liftsmart strengthened the construction of the quality inspection team, which has reached 53 people. In terms of infrastructure, departments such as the Metrological Inspection and Appraisal Center, the Non-destructive Inspection and Testing Center, and the Electrical Inspection and Testing Programming Center have been established. We also purchased many Inspection&Test Equipment such as Intelligent Vibration Aging Tester, Microcomputer Digital Display Manganese Phosphor Silicon Analyzer, High Frequency Infrared Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer, Impact Tester, Material Tensile Tester, Hardness Tester, etc. A comprehensive, full-process, and full-coverage crane quality inspection and assurance system has been formed.
In accordance with quality management system, Liftsmart conducts a comprehensive and detailed inspection and selection of our suppliers and products to ensure the quality of supplied parts.
Overall Processing Technology
We adopt modern large-scale flow processing technology for our crane production, and large-scale CNC processing equipment is used for overall processing of end carriages, wheel frames and trolley frames. Standardized and integrated multi-station one-time forming processing technology is used to ensure structural parts, thus the quality of machined parts and assembly parts, especially large parts are guaranteed.
Technological innovation is the soul and driving force of an enterprise. The company adopts advanced ANSYS (finite element analysis), SolidEdge (3-D CAD software), PRO/E (3-D design software) and other design analysis software for our technical personnel to optimize the design of product.
