1. Project Overview
Exporter: Liftsmart
Destination Country: Mexico (Monterrey, Nuevo León)
End Client: A local leading new energy equipment manufacturer, specializing in lithium battery module and energy storage cabinet production, supplying mainstream North American new energy brands.
Trade Term: CIF Lázaro Cárdenas Port
Delivery Lead Time: 22 working days after contract confirmation

2. Client Pain Points & Local Compliance Requirements
The client’s new energy assembly workshop features limited floor height and high-precision production requirements. The traditional American-style hoists previously used had excessive headroom loss, inaccurate positioning, and severe start-stop impact, which easily caused scratches and deformation on expensive battery modules and energy storage equipment, resulting in high product rejection rates. In addition, the workshop operates 16 hours a day in two shifts with frequent lifting cycles, requiring hoist equipment with high working grade, stable operation and low failure rate. The indoor environment contains fine chemical dust, which puts forward higher requirements for equipment dustproof and sealing performance.
Local power grid: 440V / 60Hz three-phase industrial power supply
Full set of bilingual (English & Spanish) technical documents, nameplates and safety labels

3. Customized Liftsmart Hoist Solution
3.1 Equipment Configuration List
6 sets of 10Ton heavy-duty European wire rope hoists (for energy storage cabinet integral handling)
Working grade: FEM 2M (ISO M5), suitable for long-term high-frequency cyclic operation
Power system: 440V/60Hz three-phase customized motor, stable voltage resistance, suitable for Mexican industrial grid
Safety configuration: Overload limiter, upper and lower limit switches, dual electromagnetic brakes, anti-derailment device, emergency stop button, buffer protection

4. Production, Testing & Export Packaging
All Liftsmart hoists passed 1.25 times static load test and 1.1 times dynamic load cycle test, 4-hour continuous no-load aging test, and comprehensive inspection of insulation, braking, frequency conversion and limit system. Liftsmart issued full set of English-Spanish bilingual test reports and factory qualification certificates to meet Mexican customs clearance and factory safety filing requirements.
Main hoist body, motor and reducer are packed in independent IPPC fumigated wooden cases. The internal adopts anti-rust oil film, vacuum moisture-proof packaging and desiccant. All wooden cases are marked with bilingual shipping marks, moisture-proof, upward and heavy-duty signs to adapt to long-distance ocean transportation and prevent salt spray and moisture damage.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, NOM certification file, CE certificate, bilingual operation & maintenance manual, load test report and spare parts list.
All equipment was loaded in two 40GP containers and shipped from Shanghai Port to Lázaro Cárdenas Port. Liftsmart provided full document support to assist the client in completing customs declaration, tax payment and inspection clearance. After the goods arrived at the factory, Liftsmart arranged professional Spanish-speaking after-sales engineers to go to the site for 8 days of on-site guidance, including track calibration, equipment installation, electrical wiring, no-load and heavy-load debugging, and systematic operation and safety training for local workers.

6. Project Achievements & Long-term Cooperation
Variable-frequency stable operation reduces the product damage rate of new energy precision equipment from 8% to below 1.5%;
In September 2025, the client signed a long-term annual procurement framework agreement with Liftsmart, planning to purchase customized European hoists in batches for its new energy expansion workshop.
