The client is a professional manufacturer of overhead cranes and gantry cranes, who independently produces crane main beams and purchases high-quality hoists and supporting accessories from China for complete machine assembly.

The hoist load capacity of this batch covers 1 ton to 10 tons, all manufactured in strict accordance with European FEM standards and German DIN industrial standards, fully meeting international industrial crane operation requirements.

3.1 Drive & Heat Dissipation System

Equipped with an integrated three-in-one motor drive unit, featuring an integral aluminum alloy shell. The structure is compact and lightweight, with excellent heat dissipation performance, which effectively reduces equipment temperature rise during long-term operation and greatly extends the overall service life of the hoist.

3.2 Operation & Control System

Adopts variable frequency control technology, realizing low-noise, stable and smooth operation. The start and braking processes are gentle with minimal mechanical impact, avoiding load shaking and equipment jitter. It supports two control modes: contact control and frequency conversion control. The trolley operates with variable frequency, and the built-in PLC system supports multiple customized control functions and comprehensive safety operation protection. Equipped with manual and remote dual control modes for flexible and convenient operation.

3.3 Braking System

Fitted with DC disc brakes, with an optional brake release monitoring device. The minimum braking safety factor reaches 1.8, meeting high-standard industrial safety requirements. Adopting professional dustproof design, the brake components are wear-resistant and durable, free of asbestos materials, safe and environmentally friendly with long service life.

3.4 Drum & Rope Guide Device

Configured with large-diameter drum to effectively reduce wire rope wear and extend the service life of steel wire ropes. Adopting precision machining technology to ensure high concentricity of the drum and stable rotation. The rope guide is made of high-toughness composite material, which is anti-collision, wear-resistant and not easy to damage, ensuring orderly rope arrangement during equipment operation.

3.5 Hook Assembly

The standard hook is forged from T-grade high-strength material with excellent load-bearing performance and structural stability. It adopts an ergonomic design, which is convenient for installation, maintenance and daily operation, realizing safe and reliable load hooking.

3.6 Gearbox Device

Equipped with hardened helical gear transmission, featuring high hardness, strong wear resistance and stable transmission. The fully enclosed structure design achieves low noise operation and free of daily maintenance, reducing later operation and maintenance costs for customers.

3.7 Humanized Safety Design

Standard equipped with emergency stop button, rotating limit device and multiple safety protection mechanisms, which can quickly cut off power and limit stroke in case of abnormal conditions, effectively ensuring equipment and operation safety.
